Paid Time Off

Only full-time employees are eligible for paid time-off.

Holidays - New Years' Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents' Day, Independence Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

Vacation*

• 2 weeks per year, pro-rated for first 3 years of employment
• 3 weeks per year, pro-rated for 4-5 years of employment
• 4 weeks per year, pro-rated for 5 or more years of employment

• 12 days per year

• 5 days per year

Benefits

All full-time staff are eligible. Employees may enroll the first of the month following 30 days of continuous service.

We offer a HMO Plus plan. The plan is employee/employer paid and is available through Amerihealth.

Dental

We offer a HDC and PPO. Plans are employee/employer paid and are available through Horizon.

Vision

We offer VSP vision plan, employee paid.

Flexible Spending Account

Pre-tax deductions for medical and dependent day care expenses.

Life and Long Term Disability

Employer paid, provided by Unum.

Retirement

401(k) - Employee must be employed for a period of one year and have completed 1,000 hours of service. Agency makes discretionary matching contributions, which is determined annually.
